Is there a maximum # of lines alllowed on a Work Order?
A few of my techs are currently using a WO that has 216 labor & expense lines on it but they're unable to add any more,  They get the "undefined" error msg below.     Is there a maximum # of lines allowed on a Work Order?  If so, how many and can we allow more somehow? thanks

Others have responded with the typical reasons for the Undefined error but on the subject of the number of WD allowed: As far as I know there is no technical limit but we have found that it will be limited by the Salesforce governor limits on the objects. We have a pseudo limit of about 200 WD because of the number of triggers and calls firing…

Why do some Top Participants show their Community level and some don't?
As shown by the screenshot, the Community level is shown for some users in the Top Participants section of the home page and not for others. Why is this?     Deirdre Yee and Nicole Guzzo any ideas?

Leaderboard Hyperlink isn't working properly
When I am viewing a mission in the rewards section of my profile and I click on the mission name to open the pop up that shows me what I can earn points towards that mission for, there is a link to the leaderboard. I would expect this to take me to the leaderboard for that mission but instead it takes me to the overall leaderboard. Nicole Guzzo… (Show moreShow less)

Can I organise my community bookmarks into folders?
Is there a way to create folders for my bookmarks within the community?   For example one folder for helpful documents, one for how to, one for knowledge articles, one for discussions in progress, one for questions I am helping answer?
